It’s 12PM, lunch time. We are looking for a different type of noodle dish, the Pancit Cabagan.
We missed it. That is the specialty of the town we just passed by.
Anyhow, Tuguegarao also has its specialty pancit, the Batil Patol [egg on top of noodles].
As per my observation, this pancit is good with a 500ml Red Horse beer. Hi..hi..
